Deep Connection Touch
Deep Connection Touch (DCT), developed by Javi de Gabriel, guides the mind to silence, fostering a heart connection. This approach emphasizes presence and attention in touching the body. The massage focuses on quality to instill awareness, creating a moving meditation experience. By reaching deeper layers, the aim is to access one's essence, establishing an intimate connection with the body. This method invites a personal connection with oneself, incorporating breath awareness for a mind-heart connection and inner stillness.
